This Terms of Use ("Agreement") is a legal agreement governing your use of the Bakery Game ("App") mobile application. This Agreement covers your transactions and in-game rules on the third-party platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store - "App Stores") where you download, install, or use the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

1. General Conditions and Store Rules

This App is operated in compliance with the respective terms of service and policies of the App Stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store). All technical support, updates, and content responsibility regarding the App belong solely to tucel.dev ("Developer"). The App Stores have no direct obligation to furnish any maintenance, support, or compensation with respect to the App.

2. Account Management and Guest Login

  • Optional Account: You may optionally create an account using your email address to save your game progress to cloud servers and access it from different devices.

  • Guest Login: You may choose to play the App as a "Guest" without creating an account. By using a guest login, you acknowledge that in the event of a device reset, loss of the device, or deletion of the App, your in-game progress (events, projects, etc.) and purchased digital assets may be lost, and in such cases, the data may not be recoverable.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers purchase options for certain digital content ("Daily Game Progress Limit", "In-Game Currency", "Game Points", etc.) to enhance the gaming experience:

  • Payment Infrastructure: All purchase transactions are processed directly through the payment infrastructures of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payments will be charged to the defined payment methods linked to your store accounts.

  • Financial Information: The Developer does not have access to, nor does it collect or store, your credit card or bank account information in any way.

  • Refund Policy: In-App purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refund requests for accidental or canceled purchases are subject directly to the customer service policies of Apple or Google and must be requested through these platforms. The Developer has no authority to directly intervene in the in-store refund processes.

  • Nature of Virtual Assets: In-game currency, points, or limits purchased are purely digital items valid only within this game; they cannot be converted into real-world money, goods, or services, and they are non-transferable.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

The App may offer optionally viewable rewarded advertisements (ads that grant extra progress limits, in-game currency, or points) and standard advertising content. These advertisements are provided through Google AdMob. Third-party providers are responsible for the content of the advertisements displayed; the Developer accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or nature of the ad content.

5. Rules of Conduct and Fair Play

While using the App, cheating, manipulating game mechanics or codes, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of any behavior contrary to these fair play principles, the Developer reserves the right to suspend the user's account, reset their in-game progress, or completely block their access to the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All text-based event narratives, scenarios, projects, game mechanics, graphics, interface designs, and codes within the App belong to tucel.dev and are protected by copyright laws. Copying, reproducing, or commercially using these contents on other platforms without the written permission of the Developer is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. There is no guarantee that the game will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or flawless. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any data loss or loss of in-game progress that may occur due to technical glitches, server updates, or device incompatibilities.

8. Changes and Effective Date

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated terms will become effective as soon as they are published within the App or on the relevant platforms. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
