Welcome to AIDietFit! By downloading, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the app.

1. Scope of Service

AIDietFit is a mobile application that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate personalized diet plans and workout routines, and interprets body measurements (such as height, weight, chest, waist, hips) and lifestyle information provided by the user.

2. ⚠️ Health and Medical Disclaimer (Important)

  • AIDietFit is not a medical organization or a doctor. The diet, workout, and measurement interpretation services provided by the app are strictly for informational purposes and do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Before starting any diet or exercise program within the app, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure issues, joint problems, pregnancy), you must consult a physician or a registered dietitian.

  • AIDietFit cannot be held liable for any injuries or health issues you may experience while using the app. The use of the application is entirely at your own risk.

3. Account Creation and Security

  • You may use the app anonymously, or optionally create an account using your email address to sync your data across multiple devices.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Coin System and In-App Purchases

Our AI-powered measurement interpretation and advanced analysis features operate on a "Coin" system:

  • Starter Gift: Every user is gifted 2 coins upon downloading and registering for the app for the first time.

  • Usage Cost: Each AI measurement interpretation and analysis deducts at least 2 coins from your balance.

  • Purchases: When you run out of coins, you can buy additional coins via In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Refunds and Validity: Purchased coins hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to other users. Refund processes are strictly governed by the respective store policies of Apple and Google.

5. User Obligations

While using the app, you agree:

  • Not to input false, misleading, or someone else's physical data/information.

  • Not to engage in activities that would harm the app's infrastructure or manipulate the AI system (e.g., reverse engineering, using bots).

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software infrastructure, including the app's design, texts, graphics, algorithms, and logos, are the exclusive property of AIDietFit and are protected by copyright laws. They may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes become effective immediately upon being published within the app.
